What is TheFnkit's 3-day Exchange policy? How does it work?

 The Fnkit 7-day Exchange policy gives you the option to exchange items purchased from the TheFnkit website for any reason within 3 days from delivered date of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

Please check the items, type of Exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the exchange request by you.

In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly.

Return Fee: For all Return, a nominal exchange fee of Rs. 99 will be charged. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and handling the exchange.

Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product,we suggest to you contact customer care number.

    How do I return products purchased from TheFnkit and can I exchange it from my location?

    Currently, we pick up products only from selected PIN Codes. Please note the following salient points -

    1. We will pick up the exchange within 2-5 business days from the requested placement date.
    2. Please keep the exchange shipment ready and ensure that the product(s) is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact.

     

    How do I raise a second exchange for my exchanged order?

    IMPORTANT!!! We do not have a second exchange policy. However, if you still want to initiate the exchange, an amount of 250 INR will be charged for the second exchange.


    Also, note the exchange request can be raised only once for one order. Hence please try and check the products carefully you have received in one order before initiating the exchange as we do not provide multiple exchanges for the same order.

     

      Why did the pick-up of my product fail?

      We make three attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up on the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed

      What should I do if I receive a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order fromTheFnkit ?

      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
